As members of the Recycling Coalition of Utah, hereafter called RCU, we share a common belief in and a concern for solid waste reduction, reuse, and recycling. The Recycling Coalition of Utah is committed to increasing and improving recycling, conservation, and solid waste reduction in Utah.
